Need to cancel or change your child’s order? No problem!

We accept changes or cancellations to your child’s order up to 8AM on the scheduled delivery day. We will gladly give you a credit towards your next lunch order with us.



Snow days are defined as days where the school boards have cancelled all buses to schools.

  • If schools are open, Lunch Moms is open and lunches will delivered as scheduled.
  • If schools are closed, Lunch Moms is closed. All orders for that day will be credited in full.

Online:

If you are a registered user with Lunch Moms, you can change or cancel your scheduled lunch up to have up to 48 hours before the delivery date. Still in time? Click here.

Via Phone:

If you did not place your order online or missed the 48 hour online cut off, give us a call at 905-461-KIDS(5437) before 8am on the scheduled delivery date. We will gladly give you a credit towards your next lunch order with us.
